Our team is comprised of 25 members working to best serve over 3,500 property owners who rely upon us for efficient and cost-effective irrigation systems.

We have two commercial locations-  our branch office in Sarnia. We are proud that we’ve had a branch location in Sarnia for the last 25 years with 3 dedicated experienced service technicians and an install crew to provide exceptional service to our Sarnia and area Customers. Our Head office in London services London and the surrounding area including Komoka, Kilworth, Mt. Brydges, Strathroy, and St. Thomas Port Stanley. Whether residential, commercial, or condominium properties we service them all.

Dedication:

We take irrigation seriously that is why we only do irrigation work. We have professionally trained staff who are focused solely on irrigation. Our technicians participate in professional development to imp[rove their knowledge and skills of the products we install.

Technology:

At Rainforest we believe in technology. Our sophisticated software scheduling system is second to none. All of our clients received email notifications of appointment dates and times and 24-hour reminder notices. Our scheduling system has the entire service history of our clients available to our office and field staff.

Remote Monitoring: 

We currently have over 1000 wifi controllers which allow us to remotely troubleshoot issues or change watering times etc. This saves valuable time not to mention service calls for our clients.
